Ayatollah Mustafa Morsali is a well-respected preacher who performs Imamat in Al-Mahdi and Ekbatan Mosques at the request of Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani. He has served faithfully and following spiritual values in every assignment. He is a true benefactor who endeavors to achieve social change and justice for all. Among his brilliant history of social activity, he represented the people of Abhar for two terms in the Islamic Parliament of Iran.

Since the very beginning of the Cancer Control Foundation Ayatollah Mustafa Morsali has been integrally involved in helping to establish a nationwide public health advocacy organization that influences all cancer patients and their families. As a former member of the Foreign Policy Commission in the third term of the Islamic Parliament of Iran, the focus of his work is on the introduction of the organization to funding partners and potential partners, and other relevant stakeholders, while encouraging the organization to join relevant coalitions and networks to both at national and international level for networking purposes.

He is also adviser to the Secretary of State; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Deputy Consul and Parliamentary Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Member of the Board of Trustees and Managing Director of the Ghadir Foundation; Member of the Ahl Al-Bayt World Assembly (AS); the first official Representative of the Supreme Leader in Sharif University;  a councillor in the Advisory Council of the Leader’s Representative Office in universities; a Member of the founding board of Khatam University; a Member of the Board of Directors of Atrat Fatemi – Patron of Orphans; a Member of the founding board and board of the Anti-Tobacco Society;  Member of the founding board and board of directors of the Cancer Control Foundation; a Member of the founding board and board of directors of Ferdows Charity Foundation; Head of the Secretariat for the Establishment of Shiite Mosques and Centers Abroad; and a Member of the founding board and board of directors of the Center for the Revival of Shiite Written Works.
